Bahan Membuat Mie Ongklok Khas Wonosobo :
150 g mi kuning, seduh air panas, tiriskan
2 lembar kol, iris
50 g taoge
100 g fillet ayam, iris tipis
3 butir bakso sapi, iris bulat
2 siung bawang putih
2 sdm
1 sdt tepung maizena, larutkan dengan 3 sdm air
½ garam
½ merica putih bubuk
2 sdm minyak, untuk menumis
150 ml air
½ sdt
Langkah Membuat Mie Ongklok Khas Wonosobo :
Rebus mie, kubis dan tauge sampai empuk, tiriskan, tata di atas mangkok.
Tumis bawang putih sampai harum, masukkan ayam dan bakso, tambahkan Bango Kecap Manis, saos tiram, garam dan lada putih bubuk. Masukkan sedikit air. Masak sampai ayam empuk, kentalkan dengan tepung maizena.
Siram kuah kental diatas mie.
Sajikan hangat.
