Bahan Membuat Mie Siram Kuah Daging Semur :
200 g mie telur kering, rebus dalam air panas yang dibubuhi sedikit minyak goreng
2 siung bawang putih, cincang halus
½ sdt garam
¼ sdt merica putih bubuk
300 g daging sapi has dalam, iris tipis
6 sdm
½ sdm garam
¼ sdt merica putih bubuk
½ sdt pala bubuk
1000 ml air
2 buah wortel, potong
100 g kacang kapri, siangi
100 bawang merah goreng
2 sdm minyak, untuk menumis
5 butir bawang merah
2 siung bawang putih
2 cm jahe
Langkah Membuat Mie Siram Kuah Daging Semur :
Tumis bawang putih sampai harum. Masukkan mie, duk rata. Tambahkan garam dan lada putih bubuk. Aduk rata. Angkat. Sisihkan.
Semur: tumis bumbu halus sampai harum. Masukkan daging, aduk sampai berubah warna. Tambahkan Bango Kecap Manis, garam, lada putih bubuk, dan pala. Aduk rata.
Tuang air. Masak sampai daging matang.
Masukkan sayuran. Masak di atas api kecil sampai sayuran empuk.
Tuang ke atas mie. Taburkan bawang goreng. Sajikan panas.
