Bahan Membuat Mie Telur Siram Sapi Lada Hitam :
400 g mie telur segar
400 air, untuk merebus
300 g daging sapi sukiyaki
200 g jamur kancing, potong 4 bagian
4 siung bawang putih, memarkan
50 g bawang bombay, iris
1 sdt
2 sdt merica hitam, gerus kasar
2 sdm
350 ml air
1 sdm tepung maizena, larutkan dengan 50 ml air
3 sdm minyak, untuk menumis
Langkah Membuat Mie Telur Siram Sapi Lada Hitam :
Panaskan minyak, tumis bawang putih dan bawang bombay hingga harum.
Masukkan daging sapi, tumis hingga kaku.
Masukkan jamur, aduk hingga layu. Tuang air, Royco Kaldu Sapi, merica hitam, Bango Kecap Manis, masak hingga mendidih.
Masukkan larutan tepung maizena, aduk hingga mengental. Angkat. Sisihkan.
Didihkan air, rebus mie hingga matang. Angkat dan tiriskan.
Siapkan piring saji. Taruh mie, siram dengan sapi lada hitam. Sajikan.
