Bahan Membuat Nasi Godog :
3 sdm minyak, untuk menumis
100 g fillet dada ayam, iris tipis
2 pasang hati ampela ayam, rebus, potong-potong
2 lembar kol
2 buah tomat
2 porsi nasi putih
100 g mi kuning, blansir, tiriskan
2 batang daun bawang, iris
1 L kaldu ayam
1.5 sdm
1 sdt
4 siung bawang putih
4 butir kemiri
½ sdm merica putih bubuk
½ acar mentimun
½ bawang merah goreng
Langkah Membuat Nasi Godog :
Tumis bumbu halus, masukkan daging ayam, hati ampela, aduk rata. Masak hingga daging matang.
Masukkan kol, tomat, dan kaldu, aduk. Masak sampai mendidih.
Masukkan mi, nasi putih, daun bawang, Bango Kecap Manis dan Royco Kaldu Ayam. Masak sampai matang.
Sajikan dengan taburan bawang merah goreng dan acar ketimun.
