Bahan Membuat Nasi Goreng Seafood Bumbu Jawa Timur :
600 gram nasi putih 150 gram udang kupas, belah punggung
200 gram cumi bersih, potong bulat 1 cm
1 batang daun bawang, dipotong 1/2 cm
3 sendok makan Kecap Manis Bango
1 sendok teh garam
1/2 sendok teh gula pasir
1 1/2 sendok makan bawang goreng untuk taburan
50 gram acar timun untuk pelengkap
2 sendok makan minyak untuk menumis
Bumbu halus:
3 buah cabai merah besar
5 buah cabai merah keriting
2 siung bawang putih
8 butir bawang merah
1 buah tomat
11/2 sendok teh terasi, dibakar
Langkah Membuat Nasi Goreng Seafood Bumbu Jawa Timur :
Panaskan minyak. Tumis bumbu halus sampai harum. Masukkan udang dan cumi. Aduk hingga berubah warna.
Tambahkan nasi putih, Kecap Manis Bango, garam, dan gula pasir. Aduk rata. Aduk sampai matang.
Masukkan daun bawang. Aduk rata. Taburkan bawang merah goreng.
Sajikab dengan acar timun.
