Bahan Membuat Nasi Lebah :
- 250 gram beras putih
- 450 ml santan encer
- 60 gr wortel, potong dadu
- 2 sdm kunyit parut, peras, ambil airnya
- 2 lembar daun salam
- 1 btg sereh
- 1 sdt AJI-NO-MOTO®
- 1 sdt gula
- 1 sdm garam
Bahan Pelengkap:
- Rumput laut, kacang polong, dan wortel rebus untuk sayap
Langkah Membuat Nasi Lebah :
Siapkan rice cooker. Masukkan santan, beras, air perasan kunyit, wortel, daun salam, sereh, gula, garam, dan AJI-NO-MOTO®, aduk rata, masak hingga matang.
Bagi nasi menjadi 8 bagian, bulatkan.
Potong wortel bentuk sayap. Potong-potong rumput laut.
Tempelkan wortel dan rumput laut di atas nasi, beri antena dari kacang polong, sajikan.
