Bahan Membuat Nasi Timbel Ikan Mas :
- 300 gr Beras
- 500 ml Air
- Daun Pisang Untuk Membungkus
Bahan Ikan Mas Goreng:
- 4 ekor Ikan Mas, siangi, kerat
- Minyak untuk menggoreng
Bumbu halus :
- 6 siung Bawang Putih
- 1 sdt Ketumbar Bubuk
- 300 ml Air
- 3 sdt Garam
- 1 ½ sdt AJI-NO-MOTO®
Bahan Sambal Ulek :
- 6 bh Cabai Merah Keriting, goreng
- 7 bh Cabai Rawit Merah, goreng
- 2 siung Bawang Merah, goreng
- 2 siung Bawang Putih, goreng
- 1 sdt Terasi goreng
- ½ sdm Gula Merah
- ½ sdt Garam
- ½ sdt AJI-NO-MOTO®
- 1 sdt Air Jeruk
Pelengkap :
- 1 bh Mentimun, iris
- 1 ikat Daun Kemangi, ambil daunnya
- 4 bh Terung Gelatik
- Daun Popohan
- Leunca
- 4 bh Tahu Kuning, goreng
- 150 gr Tempe, potong, goreng
Langkah Membuat Nasi Timbel Ikan Mas :
Nasi : Didihkan air, Tambahkan beras. Aduk sampai air meresap. Kukus beras selama 30 menit hingga matang. Angkat, ambil selembar daun pisang, taruh 5 sdm nasi, gulung. Sisihkan
Ikan mas goreng : Lumuri ikan mas dengan bumbu halus. Diamkan selama 30 menit lalu goreng dalam minyak panas hingga matang. Angkat dan tiriskan
Sambal : Haluskan semua bahan. Sajikan
