Bahan Membuat Paru Masak Belimbing :
- 300 gr paru sapi, rebus dengan 1 sdt garam dan 2 lbr daun salam, iris tipis memanjang
- 8 bh belimbing sayur, potong melintang 1/2 cm
- 4 siung bawang merah, iris tipis
- 2 siung bawang putih, iris tipis
- 1 btg serai, ambil bagian putihnya, iris halus
- Garam secukupnya
- Merica secukupnya
- 2 sdm kecap manis
- Minyak goreng secukupnya
- 1 bks Masako® Rasa Sapi 11 gr
Bumbu halus :
- 3 bh cabai merah keriting
- 3 bh cabai rawit merah
- 2 btr kemiri sangrai
- 1/2 sdt ketumbar sangrai
Langkah Membuat Paru Masak Belimbing :
Goreng paru dalam minyak banyak hingga kering. Tiriskan.
Tumis bawang merah dan bawang putih dengan 2 sdm minyak goreng. Tambahkan bumbu halus dan serai.
Tuangkan 200 ml air, masukkan paru goreng, belimbing sayur, dan kecap manis. Didihkan.
Bubuhi Masako® Rasa Sapi serta garam dan merica. Masak hingga bumbu meresap. Sajikan.
