Bahan Membuat Pecak Ikan Gurame :
500 g ikan gurame
2 sdm air jeruk nipis
½ sdt
½ sdt ketumbar bubuk
500 ml minyak, untuk menggoreng
8 buah cabai rawit
7 buah cabai merah keriting
8 butir bawang merah
2 siung bawang putih
1 cm kencur
2 cm jahe
2 cm kunyit
1 sdm air jeruk limau
3 buah tomat hijau, belah 2
2 lembar daun jeruk
1 batang serai, memarkan
2 sdm air asam jawa
300 ml air
2 sdt
1 sdt gula pasir
½ sdt merica putih bubuk
Langkah Membuat Pecak Ikan Gurame :
Lumuri ikan dengan air jeruk nipis, Royco Kaldu Ayam, dan ketumbar bubuk. Diamkan selama 10 menit.
Panaskan minyak, goreng ikan hingga matang dan kecokelatan. Angkat, tiriskan.
Panaskan 3 sdm minyak, tumis bumbu halus, serai, daun jeruk, tomat hingga harum.
Tuangkan air, air asam jawa, air jeruk limau, Royco Kaldu Ayam, gula dan merica, aduk rata. Masak hingga bumbu meresap dan kuah mendidih.
Tata ikan gurame goreng di piring, siram dengan kuah pecak. Sajikan hangat.
