Bahan Membuat Pecak Terong Bakar :
1 bungkus Saus Tiram Selera
50 ml santan kental
2 buah terong ungu, belah 2 memanjang
150 ml air
2 sentimeter kencur
1 sentimeter terasi
1 siung bawang putih
2 siung bawang merah
3 butir kemiri
1 cabai merah besar
4 cabai rawit
garam dan gula secukupnya
Langkah Membuat Pecak Terong Bakar :
Olesi terong dengan Saus Tiram Selera
Bakar terong sampai empuk
Haluskan kencur, terasi, bawang, kemiri, cabai serta garam dan gula.
Tumis bumbu yang dihaluskan. Tuang santan dan air secukupnya.
Penyet terong sampai agak hancur bentuknya. Masukkan terong ke kuah santan dan masak sebentar. Sajikan.
