250 gram dada ayam (cuci bersih, beri perasan jeruk nipis)

1 bungkus Lada Kobe
2 siung bawang putih, cincang halus
Minyak goreng secukupnya
20 cabai rawit hijau
10 cabai rawit merah
6 siung bawang merah, iris tipis
1 buah tomat, potong dadu
Gula, garam secukupnya
1 ruas jari kencur
1 bungkus Saus Tiram Selera
Langkah Membuat Ayam Kukus Sambal Pecak :
Kukus ayam dengan semua bumbu dan 1 sendok makan Selera Saus Tiram hingga matang.
Haluskan kencur, tuang semua bahan sambal.
Ulek kasar semua bahan sambal.
Beri sedikit minyak panas pada bahan dan aduk rata.
Tata ayam kukus di atas piring, tuang sambal pecak di atasnya.
