Bahan Membuat Sapi Lada Hitam :
300 g daging sapi, iris 1/2 cm
1 sdm bawang putih, cincang
1 buah bawang bombay, iris tipis
200 ml air
½ sdm minyak wijen
2 sdm merica hitam butiran, sangrai, tumbuk kasar
½ sdt gula pasir
½ sdt garam
1 sdm saus tiram
1 sdm
½ buah paprika merah, iris memanjang
½ buah paprika hijau, iris memanjang
1 sdm tepung maizena, larutkan
2 sdm air hangat
2 sdm minyak, untuk menumis
Langkah Membuat Sapi Lada Hitam :
Panaskan minyak, tumis bawang putih dan bawang bombay hingga harum.
Masukkan irisan daging, masak hingga berubah warna.
Tuangkan air, masak hingga air hampir habis dan daging matang.
Masukkan minyak wijen, merica hitam, gula, garam dan saus tiram, Bango Kecap Manis, aduk rata.
Masukkan paprika merah dan hijau, aduk rata. Kentalkan dengan maizena.
Angkat. Sajikan.
