Bahan Membuat Krengsengan Lidah Sapi :
500 g lidah sapi, rebus, potong melebar 1 cm
1 sdm petis udang
2 sdm
2 buah tomat, potong-potong
3 buah cabai merah besar, iris serong
½ sdt garam
¼ sdt gula pasir
⅛ sdt merica putih bubuk
300 ml air
1 sdm bawang merah goreng
2 sdm minyak, untuk menumis
8 butir bawang merah
3 siung bawang putih
3 buah cabai rawit merah
4 buah cabai merah keriting
2 butir kemiri, sangrai
Langkah Membuat Krengsengan Lidah Sapi :
Panaskan minyak. Tumis bumbu halus hingga harum. Masukkan lidah. Aduk rata.
Masukkan petis, Bango Kecap Manis, tomat dan cabai merah besar, aduk rata. Tambahkan garam, gula, dan merica, aduk rata.
Tuang air secara bertahap. Masak sampai matang dan meresap.
Sajikan bersama taburan bawang merah goreng.
