Bahan Membuat Semur Ayam Masakan Khas Samarinda :
½ ekor ayam, potong-potong
6 sdm
¼ sdt cuka
2 lembar daun salam, sobek-sobek
800 ml air
8 butir bawang merah, iris
3 siung bawang putih, iris
½ sdt pala bubuk
¼ sdt merica putih bubuk
¼ sdt garam
¼ minyak, untuk menggoreng
Langkah Membuat Semur Ayam Masakan Khas Samarinda :
Lumuri daging ayam dengan Bango Kecap Manis dan daun salam hingga merata. Diamkan hingga meresap.
Rebus daging ayam, sisihkan.
Goreng bawang putih dan bawang merah hingga harum dan kecokelatan. Masukkan ke dalam rebusan daging ayam bersama sisa semua bahan.
Masak daging ayam hingga matang, angkat. Sajikan bersama nasi minyak.
