Bahan Membuat Semur Malbi :
500 g daging sapi sengkel, potong dadu
1 L air, untuk merebus
2 lembar daun salam
2 batang serai, memarkan
3 butir cengkeh
5 sdm
1 sdt
300 ml susu rendah lemak
200 ml santan encer
1 sdt asam jawa, larutkan dengan 1 sdm air
2 sdm minyak, untuk menumis
5 butir bawang merah
4 siung bawang putih
2 cm jahe
2 cm lengkuas
½ sdt merica putih bubuk
Langkah Membuat Semur Malbi :
Rebus daging sapi sengkel sampai matang dan empuk. Angkat, sisihkan.
Panaskan minyak, tumis bumbu halus, daun salam, dan serai hingga harum. Masukkan daging dan cengkeh, aduk rata.
Tuang susu cair, santan, Bango Kecap Manis, dan Royco Kaldu Ayam, aduk. Masak hingga bumbu meresap dan daging empuk.
Tambahkan air asam jawa, aduk. Masak sekitar 5 menit. Angkat dan sajikan.
