Bahan Membuat Semur Udang :
600 g udang galah ukuran besar, kerat punggung
2 lembar daun salam
2 batang serai, memarkan
2 cm jahe, memarkan
4 sdm
1 sdm saus tiram
½ sdt garam
½ sdt merica putih bubuk
½ sdt pala bubuk
½ sdt gula pasir
300 ml air
2 sdm minyak, untuk menumis
8 butir bawang merah
3 siung bawang putih
3 butir kemiri, sangrai
½ sdt ketumbar, sangrai
Langkah Membuat Semur Udang :
Tumis bumbu halus bersama daun salam, serai, dan jahe hingga harum. Masukkan udang, masak hingga berubawah warna.
Tambahkan Bango Kecap Manis, saus tiram, garam, lada putih bubuk, pala bubuk, dan gula pasir. Aduk rata.
Masukkan air, aduk. Masak hingga udang matang.
Angkat. Sajikan.
