Bahan Membuat Semur Daging Kambing Gulung :
500 g daging kambing cincang
2 sdm tepung terigu
1 butir telur ayam
2 sdm seledri, cincang
3 buah kentang, kupas, potong 6, goreng
2 lembar daun salam
600 ml santan encer
1 sdt garam
2 sdm bawang bombay, cincang
1 sdt gula pasir
4 sdm
2 sdm minyak, untuk menumis
6 buah cabai rawit merah
4 butir bawang merah
3 siung bawang putih
3 butir kemiri
2 cm jahe
½ sdt merica putih bubuk
2 sdm minyak
Langkah Membuat Semur Daging Kambing Gulung :
Aduk rata daging kambing, garam, telur, tepung terigu, dan seledri.
Siapkan aluminium foil, taruh adonan daging ke atasnya, ratakan. Gulung sambil dipadatkan. Kukus hingga matang, angkat. Diamkan hingga dingin. Potong-potong daging gulung setebal 1,5 cm.
Panaskan minyak, tumis bawang bombay hingga harum. Masukkan bumbu halus dan daun salam, tumis hingga matang. Tuang santan, aduk. Tambahkan Bango Kecap Manis, garam, dan gula pasir, masak hingga mendidih.
Masukkan daging gulung dan kentang. Masak hingga bumbu meresap. Angkat. Sajikan
