Waktu Memasak : 50 Menit
Bahan Membuat Semur Hati Ayam Rasa Pedas :
12 buah (680 gram) hati ayam
1/4 sendok teh air jeruk nipis
3 sendok makan Kecap Manis Bango
1/2 sendok teh garam
1/4 sendok teh lada putih bubuk
3/4 sendok teh pala bubuk
2 cm jahe, dimemarkan
2 cm lengkuas, dimemarkan
5 butir cengkeh, dimemarkan
2 tangkai serai, dimemarkan
400 ml air
Bumbu Halus
8 butir bawang merah
3 siung bawang putih
5 buah cabe keriting merah
1 buah tomat
Langkah Membuat Semur Hati Ayam Rasa Pedas :
Lumuri hati ayam dengan air jeruk nipis. Diamkan 15 menit.
campur bumbu halus, Kecap Manis Bango, garam, lada putih bubuk, dan pala bubuk sampai rata.
Lumuri pada hati ayam. Diamkan 30 menit.
Masak hati bersama bumbu lumurannya di dalam wajan. Aduk rata. Tambahkan jahe, lengkuas, cengkeh, dan serai. Aduk sebentar.
Tuang air sedikit demi sedikit. Masak sampai hati matang.
