Bahan Membuat Semur Kambing Aroma Daun Jeruk :
500 gram daging kambing bagian paha
12 butir bawang merah, diiris halus
5 siung bawang putih, diiris halus
2 cm jahe, dimemarkan
2 lembar daun salam
2 batang serai, dimemarkan
3 cm kayu manis
1.500 ml air
5 sendok makan Kecap Manis Bango
1 sendok teh garam
1/2 sendok teh lada putih bubuk
1/2 sendok teh pala bubuk
10 lembar daun jeruk, diiris halus
2 sendok makan Minyak goreng untuk menumis
Bumbu Halus
2 siung bawang putih
2 cm jahe
Langkah Membuat Semur Kambing Aroma Daun Jeruk :
Tumis bumbu halus bersama bawang merah, bawang putih, jahe, daun salam, serai, cengkeh, dan kayu manis sampai harum.
Tuangkan sebagian air. Masukkan daging kambing.
Tambahkan Kecap Manis Bango, gatram, lada putih bubuk, dan pala bubuk. Aduk sampai daging terbalut bumbu.
Tuangkan sebagian air. Rebus sampai daging matang. Tambahkan daun jeruk. Bila air berkurang, tambahkan air kembali. Biarkan sampai daging empuk.
