Bahan Membuat Semur Tempe Rawit Kemangi :
300 g tempe, potong dadu 1 cm, goreng hingga matang kecokelatan
100 g kacang panjang, potong 3 cm
1 buah tomat, potong dadu kecil
2 lembar daun salam
500 ml air
6 sdm
1 sdt garam
½ sdt pala bubuk
20 g daun kemangi, petiki
5 buah cabai rawit hijau, iris tipis
2 sdm minyak, untuk menumis
5 butir bawang merah
3 siung bawang putih
½ sdt ketumbar
¼ sdt jintan
Langkah Membuat Semur Tempe Rawit Kemangi :
Panaskan minyak, tumis bumbu halus, daun salam, dan tomat hingga harum.
Masukkan tempe, air, Bango Kecap Manis, garam, dan pala bubuk. Aduk rata. Masak hingga mendidih.
Masukkan kacang panjang, aduk rata.
Tambahkan kemangi dan cabai rawit, masak hingga bumbu menyerap. Angkat dan sajikan.
