Bahan Membuat Sup Beligo :
250 g labu air atau beligo
150 g fillet dada ayam
100 g jamur merang, belah 2
1250 ml air
1 sdm kecap asin
1 bungkus
1 sdt margarin
1 sdm tepung maizena, larutkan dengan 2 sdm air
1 sdt garam
1 sdt gula pasir
½ sdt merica putih bubuk
Langkah Membuat Sup Beligo :
Potong fillet dada ayam 1 x 2 cm, lalu campur dengan bumbu rendaman, aduk rata, diamkan 10 menit.
Didihkan air, masukkan Royco Kaldu Ayam, kecap asin dan margarin.
Tambahkan ayam dan labu, masak diatas api besar selama 10 menit lalu masukkan jamur, masak sebentar lalu masukkan larutan maizena.
Masak hingga kuah mengental, angkat. Sajikan hangat.
