Bahan Membuat Sup Minestrone :
minyak canola
60 g bawang bombay, iris tipis
60 g daun bawang
60 g daun kubis
40 g seledri
60 g lobak
60 g wortel
60 g kentang
2 buah tomat
40 g pasta tomat
2 sachet
2 sdm kacang merah, rebus
20 g spaghetti
20 garam
20 lada
2 buah turkey/beef bacon/sosis cincang
2 siung bawang putih, cincang
10 g peterseli cincang
10 oregano
3 sdm keju parmesan, parut
Langkah Membuat Sup Minestrone :
Tumis minyak canola dan bawang bombay hingga bawang harum dan agak transparan.
Tambahkan pasta tomat, kubis, seledri, lobak, dan wortel.
Didihkan air, lalu masukkan Royco Kaldu Sapi untuk membuat kaldu sup.
Masukkan tumisan sayuran ke dalam kaldu, lalu masak di atas api sedang selama 15 menit.
Sambil menunggu sayuran matang, campur rata pestata.
Setelah sayuran matang atau telah dimasak selama 15 menit, masukkan pestata dengan kacang merah, spaghetti, dan kentang.
Tambahkan garam dan lada, lalu masak sup di atas api sedang selama 10 menit.
