Waktu Memasak : 30 menit
Bahan Membuat Sup Kembang Tahu :
bawang putih cincang secukupnya
500 ml air
200 ml air kaldu ayam
1 bungkus Kobe Bumbu Nasi Goreng Poll Ayaaam
150 gr daging ayam (dipotong kotak-kotak kecil)
10 butir bakso ikan
10 butir bakso udang
1 buah wortel (dipotong kotak-kotak)
25 gr jamur kuping
50 gr kapri
Langkah Membuat Sup Kembang Tahu :
Tumis bawang putih sampai harum. Tambahkan campuran air dan air kaldu dengan 1 bungkus Kobe Bumbu Nasi Goreng Poll Ayaaam, masak hingga mendidih.
Masukkan ayam, bakso ikan dan bakso udang. Tambahkan wortel, jamur kuping dan kapri. Masak hingga matang.
Sup Kembang Tahu siap dihidangkan selagi hangat.
