Bahan Membuat Sup Krim Jagung :
200 g asparagus
1 buah wortel, potong dadu kecil
200 g daging kepiting
2 L air
2 sdm tepung maizena, larutkan
2 butir telur ukuran sedang, kocok
1 sdm mentega
100 g bawang bombay, potong dadu kecil
1 sdm minyak wijen
1 bungkus
½ sdt merica putih bubuk
½ sdt garam
1 sdm gula pasir
2 batang daun bawang, potong
Langkah Membuat Sup Krim Jagung :
Panaskan mentega, tumis bawang bombay hingga layu. Tuang air, masak hingga panas, lalu tambahkan Royco Sup Krim Jagung, aduk cepat hingga rata.
Masukkan daging kepiting, asparagus, dan wortel. Masak sambil terus diaduk hingga matang. Tambahkan merica, garam, dan gula pasir, aduk.
Masukkan telur , aduk cepat. Masukkan tepung maizena, aduk hingga mengental. Angkat. Taburi daun bawang.
Sajikan hangat.
