Bahan Membuat Sup Oyong Wortel Bakso :
1 liter air
3 siung bawang putih (haluskan)
5 butir bakso ayam
5 butir bakso sapi
1 buah oyong (kupas, potong-potong)
100 gram kapri (siangi)
1 buah wortel (kupas, potong-potong)
1 tangkai seledri
gula secukupnya
garam secukupnya
1/3 sendok teh Lada Kobe (3gr)
Langkah Membuat Sup Oyong Wortel Bakso :
Didihkan air. Masukkan bawang putih.
Masukkan wortel, masak sampai setengah matang.
Tambahkan oyong dan kapri. Masukkan bakso sapi dan bakso ayam. Bumbui dengan gula, garam dan Lada Kobe.
Masukkan irisan seledri, aduk sebentar.
Angkat dan sajikan Sup Oyong Wortel Bakso.
