Bahan Membuat Sup Udang Nanas :
1 bks Kobe Bumbu Nasi Goreng Poll Pedas 20 gr
1/2kg udang (ukuran sedang)
1/2 bh nanas (kupas bersih dan dipotong-potong)
50 gr wortel (iris serong)
2 lbr daun jeruk
600 ml air
gula pasir secukupnya
jeruk nipis secukupnya
Langkah Membuat Sup Udang Nanas :
Kupas udang. Kemudian cuci udang sampai bersih dan sisihkan. Belah punggung udang, cuci bersih lalu beri perasan jeruk nipis. Kemudian tiriskan
Siapkan panci. Lalu tuang air, kulit udang, lalu masak hingga mendidih. Saring dan buang kulit udang. Sisihkan airnya
Masak kembali air kaldu udang, kemudian masukkan wortel dan masak hingga matang
Masukkan Kobe Bumbu Nasi Goreng Poll Pedas, udang, gula pasir, dan daun jeruk. Masak hingga mendidih
Masukkan nanas, aduk-aduk sebentar kemudian angkat
Sajikan selagi hangat
