Waktu Memasak : 1 jam
Bahan Membuat Tape Cake :
65 gr tape singkong
50 ml susu cair
65 gr gula pasir
1 sendok teh TBM
2 butir kuning telur
3 butir putih telur utuh
2 bungkus Kobe Tepung Pisang Goreng Crispy (75 gr)
1/2 sendok teh baking powder
75 gr margarin
Langkah Membuat Tape Cake :
Mixer tape, susu cair dan gula. Kocok hingga halus.
Tambahkan TBM dan telur. Kocok hingga mengembang.
Tambahkan Kobe Tepung Pisang Goreng Crispy dan baking powder yang sudah dicampur rata. Aduk rata.
Tuang ke dalam loyang yang sudah di olesi margarin dan dialasi kertas roti.
Oven sampai matang selama 45 menit dengan suhu 160 derajat.
Tape Cake siap disajikan.
