Bahan Membuat Tempura Sayur Kriuk :
- 8 bh jamur tiram
- 1 ikat daun bayam
- 1 bh wortel, potong-potong
- 1 bh terong, potong-potong
- 2 bks Sajiku® Tepung Bumbu (80g)
- 8 sdm air es
- Minyak goreng secukupnya
Bahan saus :
- 1 bh Cabai merah, cincang halus
- 1 sdm Saus sambal
- 1 sdm Saus tomat
- 2 sdt gula pasir
- 50 ml air
Langkah Membuat Tempura Sayur Kriuk :
Saus : masukkan air, saus sambal, saus tomat, cabai merah, & gula pasir. Aduk rata, sisihkan.
Adonan basah : larutkan 2 sdm Sajiku® Tepung Bumbu dengan 8 sdm air es. Adonan kering : Tuang sisa Sajiku® Tepung Bumbu ke wadah lainnya.
Balut sayuran ke adonan basah, kemudian gulingkan ke adonan kering hingga rata.
Langsung goreng sayuran dengan minyak panas, masak hingga matang dan berwarna kuning keemasan, angkat. Sajikan tempura dengan saus.
