Waktu Memasak : 40 menit
Bahan Membuat Tuna Bakar Mixed Fruit :
200 gram ikan tuna
1 sachet Saus Tiram Selera
3 sendok makan minyak goreng
1/2 buah nanas
1/2 buah mangga
25 gram kismis
2 sendok makan air lemon
1 sachet BonCabe level 10, rasa Bawang Goreng (7,5gr)
saus mayonaise secukupnya
3 buah kentang kecil (direbus)
Langkah Membuat Tuna Bakar Mixed Fruit :
Rendam ikan tuna dengan 1/2 bungkus Saus Tiram Selera dan 3 sendok makan minyak goreng selama 20 menit. Sisihkan.
Panggang ikan tuna di atas teflon, sambil dibolak-balik hingga matang.
Masukkan buah-buahan sambil diaduk-aduk bersama tuna. Setelah matang, beri lemon. Angkat dan sisihkan.
Tuna Bakar Mixed Fruit siap disajikan dengan taburan BonCabe level 10, saus mayonaise dan kentang rebus.
