Bahan Membuat Tuna Woku Manis :
500 g fillet ikan tuna, potong-potong
½ buah jeruk lemon, ambil airnya
5 lembar daun jeruk, buang tulang
4 lembar daun pandan, iris
1 lembar daun kunyit, iris
2 batang serai, memarkan, iris halus
50 g daun kemangi, petik
5 batang daun bawang, potong 1 cm
2 buah tomat, potong
1.25 sdt garam
1 sdt gula pasir
3 sdm
600 ml air
10 butir bawang merah
5 buah cabai rawit merah
4 cm kunyit, bakar, cincang
2 cm jahe
8 butir kemiri, sangrai
Langkah Membuat Tuna Woku Manis :
Lumuri ikan tuna dengan air jeruk lemon. Diamkan 10 menit.
Rebus air, bumbu halus, daun jeruk, daun pandan, daun kunyit, serai dan tomat sampai mendidih.
Tambahkan ikan tuna. Aduk rata. Masukkan garam, gula pasir dan Bango Kecap Manis. Aduk rata. Masak sampai mendidih.
Masukkan daun kemangi, daun bawang dan daun jeruk. Masak sampai meresap dan sedikit berkuah.
