Bahan Membuat Urap Sayur Manis Pedas :
100 g taoge
100 g kacang panjang, potong-potong
100 g kol, iris kasar
1 buah wortel, potong korek api
1 buah labu siam, potong korek api
250 g kangkung, siangi
250 g kelapa muda, parut
2 sdm
6 buah cabai merah besar
4 butir bawang merah
3 siung bawang putih
1 cm kencur
1 sdt garam
½ sdt gula merah
3 sdm minyak
Langkah Membuat Urap Sayur Manis Pedas :
Didihkan air secukupnya, rebus semua sayuran secara terpisah. Angkat, tiriskan.
Di atas wajan, sangrai kelapa parut hingga harum. Masukkan bumbu halus, aduk. Masak hingga matang.
Tuangkan Bango Kecap Manis Pedas, aduk rata. Angkat.
Aduk rata sayuran dan kelapa sangrai. Sajikan.
