Bahan Membuat Ayam Bumbu Bacem :
1 kg daging ayam
5 butir bawang merah
8 siung bawang putih
200 g gula jawa
10 butir kemiri
10 sdm
1 sdt
1 sdt garam
1 ruas lengkuas, memarkan
3 lembar daun salam
1.5 L air kelapa
Langkah Membuat Ayam Bumbu Bacem :
Haluskan kemiri, bawang merah dan bawang putih.
Masukkan daging ayam, bumbu halus, gula jawa, lengkuas, daun salam, garam, Bango Kecap Manis, dan air kelapa ke dalam panci. Rebus hingga mendidih lalu kecilkan api, tambahkan Royco Kaldu Ayam. Tunggu hingga air surut. Angkat dan biarkan hingga dingin.
Goreng ayam atau panggang sambil diolesi dengan campuran margarin dan Bango Kecap Manis.
Sajikan bersama nasi hangat, aneka lalapan dan sambal terasi.
