Waktu Memasak : 040 Menit
Bahan Membuat Cumi Panggang Krius :
50 gram cumi-cumi besar
1 sdm minyak sayur
Perendam:
75 ml kaldu
2 sdm saus tiram
1 sdt arak masak
1 sdm kecap manis Bango
1 sdt bawang putih parut
½ sdt merica bubuk
½ sdt garam dan ½ sdt jahe parut
Langkah Membuat Cumi Panggang Krius :
Kupas kulit ari cumi, buang kantong tintanya. Cuci bersih lalu tiriskan.
Kerat-kerat melintang kedua sisi badan cumi.
Bumbu Perendam: Aduk semua bahan hingga rata.
Rendam cumi-cumi dalam bumbu perendam selama minimal 4 jam. Balik sesekali agar meresap rata.
Panaskan wajan datar, olesi minyak. Masukkan cumi-cumi berikut prrendamnya. Masak sambil balik sekali-sekali hingga matang merata.
Angkat. dan sajikan
