Bahan Membuat Gurame Sambal Mangga :

  1. 1 Gourami
    7 g Salt
    1 Lime
    1 liter Cooking Oil
     
  2. Mango Sauce:
    2 Mangoes
    30 g Curly Red Chilies
    20 g Red Cayenne Pepper
    15 g Shrimp Paste, toasted
    14 g Salt
    5 g Chicken Powder
    40 g shallots
    40 g Garlic
    50 g Brown Sugar
    7 g Sugar
    1 Lime

Langkah Membuat Gurame Sambal Mangga :

  1. Deep fry fish.
    Marinate the fish with some salt and lime and let it sit for about 15 minutes.
    In a frying pan over medium heat with some oil, fry the fish until golden brown.
    Lift and set aside.

  2. Make sambal mangga.
