Bahan Membuat Sop Gurame :
1 ekor ikan gurame, bersihkan, potong
1 selada iceberg
750 ml air
1
6 siung bawang putih, iris tipis
6 butir bawang merah, iris tipis
1 batang serai, memarkan
4 iris lengkuas
2 buah tomat, potong
5 buah cabai rawit
5 lembar daun jeruk
2 sdm air jeruk nipis
2 sdm kecap ikan
5 g daun selada hijau
Langkah Membuat Sop Gurame :
Rebus air dan Royco Kaldu Sapi sampai mendidih.
Masukkan semua bumbu kecuali jeruk nipis dan kecap ikan, didihkan.
Masukkan ikan, didihkan selama 5 menit.
Matikan api, masukkan perasan jeruk nipis dan kecap ikan.
Masukkan potongan selada ke dalam mangkuk, siram dengan sup panas dan sajikan.
