Bahan Membuat Pindang Serai Gurame :
1 bungkus Kobe Bumbu Kalasan
1 ekor ikan gurame atau 600 gram
1 iris jeruk nipis
2 batang serai, memarkan
2 lembar daun salam
5 lembar daun jeruk
10 cabai rawit utuh
3 buah belimbing wuluh
1 liter air
Langkah Membuat Pindang Serai Gurame :
Cuci bersih ikan gurame, kerat-kerat dan lumuri air jeruk nipis.
Tuang air, Kobe Bumbu Kalasan, masukkan serai, daun salam dan daun jeruk. Aduk rata dan masak hingga mendidih.
Setelah mendidih masukkan ikan dan cabai rawit utuh, belimbing wuluh, masak sampai matang.
Sajikan Pindang Serai Gurame.
