Bahan Membuat Gurame Saus Besengek :
- 500g fillet gurame
- 1 bks Sajiku® Tepung Bumbu (85g)
- 1 bh Jeruk nipis
- 1 L Minyak goreng (5 sdm untuk menumis)
- 200 ml Santan
- 2 btg Serai
- 6 bh Cabai merah
- 2 sdm Gula merah
- 3 sdm Asam jawa
- 1 sdt Garam
Langkah Membuat Gurame Saus Besengek :
Iris iris serai, sisihkan. Potong gurame bentuk stik, lumuri perasan jeruk nipis, diamkan +/- 5 menit.Siapkan Sajiku® Tepung Bumbu. Balur gurame, goreng hingga kuning keemasan, sisihkan.
Haluskan cabai merah. Tumis cabai halus dan serai.
Masukkan santan, gula merah, asam jawa, dan garam, aduk hingga kuah menyusut, angkat, siram saus di atas gurame goreng, sajikan.
