Bahan Membuat Kepiting Asam Manis :
3 ekor kepiting segar ukuran besar, cuci dan rebus
4 sdm
3 cm lengkuas, memarkan
1 batang serai, memarkan
4 batang daun bawang, iris halus
2 lembar daun jeruk, buang tulang, iris tipis
1 sdm kecap ikan
1 sdt garam
2 sdm air perasan jeruk nipis
500 ml air
4 sdm minyak, untuk menumis
12 buah cabai merah
5 butir bawang merah
Langkah Membuat Kepiting Asam Manis :
Buka tempurung kepiting, cuci bersih kepiting, buang insang dan potong jadi 4 bagian.
Panaskan air dalam panci, masukkan kepiting dan garam.
Panaskan minyak, tumis lengkuas, serai dan daun jeruk hingga harum.
Masukkan kecap ikan, Bango Kecap Manis, dan daun bawang. Aduk rata.
Tuang tumisan bumbu ke dalam rebusan kepiting. Aduk rata.
Masak dengan api kecil hingga bumbu menyerap.
Masukkan perasan air jeruk nipis, aduk rata. Angkat dan sajikan.
