Bahan Membuat Kepiting Saus Padang :
2 ekor kepiting segar ukuran besar
1 buah bawang bombay, iris tipis
5 sdm
5 sdm saus tomat
4 sdm saus tiram
3 sdm saus sambal
2 lembar daun jeruk
1 batang daun bawang, iris halus
1 butir telur, kocok lepas
1 sdt garam
1 sdt gula pasir
½ sdt merica putih bubuk
100 ml air
4 sdm minyak, untuk menumis
10 buah cabai merah
5 butir bawang merah
5 buah cabai rawit
3 siung bawang putih
2 cm jahe
Langkah Membuat Kepiting Saus Padang :
Cuci bersih kepiting, rebus dalam air mendidih selama 10 menit hingga matang. Angkat dan sisihkan.
Panaskan minyak goreng, tumis bawang bombay, bumbu halus dan daun jeruk hingga harum.
Tambahkan saus tiram, Bango Kecap Manis, saus tomat, saus sambal, dan air. Aduk rata.
Masukkan kepiting, garam, gula, dan merica. Aduk rata.
Tuang telur kocok dan daun bawang, aduk rata. Masak hingga kuah mengental.
Angkat dan sajikan.
