Bahan Membuat Kepiting Saus Tiram :
1 kg kepiting atau 2 ekor kepiting ukuran besar
3 siung bawang putih, haluskan
6 butir bawang merah, haluskan
1 batang serai, memarkan
3 cm jahe, memarkan
2 cm lengkuas, memarkan
15 buah cabai rawit merah, cincang
2 lembar daun salam
2 buah cabai merah, buang biji, haluskan
250 ml air
1 buah tomat, cincang
½ sdt merica putih bubuk
1 sdt gula
1 sdt
5 sdm
2 sdm minyak, untuk menumis
Langkah Membuat Kepiting Saus Tiram :
Cuci bersih kepiting. Belah 2 bagian, lalu tiriskan.
Panaskan minyak, goreng kepiting selama 2-3 menit. Angkat dan tiriskan. Sisihkan.
Panaskan 2 sdm minyak, tumis bawang putih, bawang merah, cabai rawit, cabai merah halus, jahe, serai, lengkuas, dan daun salam. Tumis hingga harum.
Tambahkan air dan masak hingga mendidih.
Masukkan tomat, merica, dan gula pasir. Tambahkan Royco Kaldu Ayam Spesial dan Royco Saus Tiram. Tumis hingga bumbu matang.
Masukkan kepiting, masak hingga kepiting matang dan bumbu meresap.
Angkat. Sajikan.
