Bahan Membuat Kepiting Manis :
2 ekor kepiting segar ukuran besar, potong jadi 2 bagian
1 sdm air jeruk nipis
1 sdt garam
300 ml minyak, untuk menggoreng
2 siung bawang putih, cincang halus
1 buah bawang bombay, iris tipis memanjang
1 sdt merica putih bubuk
2 sdm
3 sdm saus tiram
2 sdm margarin
1 sdm saus tomat
100 ml air
Langkah Membuat Kepiting Manis :
Lumuri kepiting dengan air jeruk nipis dan garam. Diamkan 15 menit.
Panaskan minyak dengan api sedang. Goreng kepiting hingga matang. Angkat dan tiriskan.
Panaskan margarin, tumis bawang bombay dan bawang putih hingga harum.
Masukkan air, saus tomat, Bango Kecap Manis, saus tiram, merica. Aduk rata.
Masukkan kepiting, aduk rata. Masak hingga kuah mengental.
Angkat dan sajikan.
