Bahan Membuat Kulit Ayam Crispy Geprek :
250 gram kulit ayam
1 bungkus Kobe Tepung Kentucky SuperCrispy (210gr)
1 sendok makan Saus Tiram Selera
1 ruas jahe (cincang halus)
2 siung bawang putih (cincang halus)
1 sendok makan air
minyak goreng
sepotong irisan jeruk nipis
1 buah tomat ukuran sedang
8 buah cabe keriting, iris-iris
2 siung bawang putih
garam, gula dan terasi secukupnya
5 sendok makan minyak goreng
1 sachet Saus Tiram Selera
Langkah Membuat Kulit Ayam Crispy Geprek :
Cuci bersih kulit ayam.
Marinasi kulit ayam dengan bumbu.
Balurkan ke dalam tepung.
Goreng hingga kuning kecoklatan.
Tumis bahan-bahan.
Tambahkan saus tiram.
Tuang tumisan ke ulekan.
Tambahkan gula dan garam.
Ulek sampai rata.
Sajikan.
