Bahan Membuat Lasagna Kulit Pangsit :
200 g daging sapi giling
6 lembar kulit pangsit
½ butir bawang bombay, cincang
1 sdt oregano kering
150 ml saus tomat
200 gram keju, lelehkan
1 bungkus
1 bungkus
400 ml air
2 sdm minyak goreng
Langkah Membuat Lasagna Kulit Pangsit :
Masak air dan Royco Sup Krim Ayam sampai mendidih. Tambahkan sebagian keju dan masak sampai meleleh. Sisihkan.
Tumis bawang bombay, daging giling, dan saus tomat. Bubuhi dengan oregano dan Royco Kaldu Sapi sampai matang.
Rebus kulit pangsit, angkat dan susun dalam wadah anti panas. Susun bergantian antara saus putih, saus daging, dan sisa keju parut.
Kukus selama 15 menit sampai keju meleleh dan lasagna siap disajikan.
