Mau masak hidangan khas Italia tapi bahannya super mudah Coba masak Lasagna Bolognese dengan bahan kulit pangsit yuk Rasanya tak kalah dengan yang biasa disajikan di restoran karena pasta yang pasti lezat. Tambahan wortel di dalamnya pastinya menyehatkan karena memiliki karbohidrat yang tidak meningkatkan kadar gula sehingga aman dikonsumsi penderita diabetes.

Waktu Memasak : 40 Menit
Bahan Membuat Lasagna Kukus :
200 gr daging cincang
8 lbr kulit pangsit
300 ml air
100 gr keju mudah leleh
Saus Bolognese:
50 gr daging cincang
1 sdt garam
70 gr wortel parut
1 sdt AJI‑NO‑MOTO®
¼ bh bawang bombai
½ sdt daun thyme
½ sdt lada
80 gr pasta tomat
2 sdm saus tomat
2 sng Bawang Putih
½ sdt gula pasir
3 sdm Minyak goreng
½ oregano
Langkah Membuat Lasagna Kukus :
Tumis bawang bombai, bawang putih hingga harum. Masukan daging giling hingga matang, masukan pasta tomat, saus tomat yang sudah dihancurkan serta saus tomat. Tambahkan AJI‑NO‑MOTO®, garam dan bumbu lainnya. Aduk hingga rata.
Taruh 1 lbr kulit pangsit rebus, lalu beri 3 sendok makan saus bolognese dan keju parut lakukan seterusnya hingga bahan habis, masak dalam wajan berisi air hingga keju meleleh (2’).
