Bahan Membuat Mi Bakso :
200 gram mi telur, rebus
4 lembar kulit pangsit, goreng
1 batang daun bawang, iris halus
Bahan Kuah:
3 siung bawang putih goreng, haluskan
1/2 sendok teh kaldu sapi bubuk
15 buah bakso sapi, kerat atasnya
2 sendok teh garam
1/4 sendok teh merica bubuk
1/2 sendok teh bubuk pala
1 sendok makan KECAP MANIS BANGO
3 batang caisim, potong-potong, rebus sebentar
1.250 ml air
Langkah Membuat Mi Bakso :
Kuah, rebus air dan bawang putih goreng sampai harum. Masukkan kaldu sapi bubuk dan bakso sapi. Masak sampai mendidih.
Tambahkan garam, merica bubuk, bubuk pala, dan KECAP MANIS BANGO. Masak sampai matang.
Sajikan mi telur bersama kuah, pangsit goreng, caisim, dan daun bawang iris.
