Bahan Membuat Perkedel Tempe :
1 bungkus Kobe Tepung Bakwan Kress
1 papan tempe
2 batang daun seledri (di cincang)
2 butir telur
1 bungkus BonCabe level 10, rasa Bawang Goreng
minyak goreng secukupnya
Langkah Membuat Perkedel Tempe :
Panaskan minyak. Goreng tempe hingga kuning kecoklatan.
Haluskan tempe yang sudah digoreng. Tambahkan daun seledri cincang, BonCabe, Kobe Tepung Bakwan Kress dan telur. Uleni sampai rata.
Setelah tercampur rata, bentuk adonan sesuai selera. Lakukan hingga adonan habis.
Panaskan kembali minyak dalam wajan. Kemudian masukkan perkedel ke dalam kocokkan telur, digoreng hingga kuning kecoklatan. Angkat dan tirishkan.
Perkedel Tempe siap disajikan.
