Bahan Membuat Siomay Tempe Udang :
200 g tempe
200 g udang, kupas
200 g daging ayam
1 butir telur
1 sdm
1 sdm saus tiram
1 sdm minyak wijen
50 tepung sagu
50 g kulit pangsit
50 wortel, parut
50 gula
50 garam
50 lada putih bubuk
50 garlic powder
Langkah Membuat Siomay Tempe Udang :
Giling tempe, udang, dan daging ayam sampai halus. Campur semua bahan beserta Royco Kaldu Ayam sampai rata.
Ambil kulit pangsit, olesi minyak, isi dengan 1 sdm adonan, kemudian kuncupkan agar berbentuk siomay. Beri topping wortel parut.
Kukus sekitar 20 menit sampai matang. Angkat dan sajikan hangat bersama saus favorit.
