Waktu Memasak : 1 jam
Bahan Membuat Siomay :
400 gram ikan tenggiri
1 bungkus Kobe Tepung Serbaguna Special (80gr)
2 siung bawang putih (cincang halus)
1 butir telur
6 kulit siomay
1/3 sendok teh garam
1/5 sendok teh Lada Kobe
100 gram tepung sagu
1 buah pare (potong jadi 3)
1/2 potong tahu besar (potong jadi 4)
Langkah Membuat Siomay :
Siapkan 1 wadah untuk mencampur semua bahan.
Aduk semua bahan sampai tercampur rata. Kemudian masukan adonan ke dalam kulit siomay.
Buang isi pare dan masukan adonan siomay.
Bolongi tahu mentah dan isi dengan adonan siomay.
Lakukan sampai adonan habis. Kukus sampai matang.
Sajikan selagi hangat dengan sambal kacang.
