Waktu Memasak : 45 menit
Bahan Membuat Steak Lidah Sapi :
250 gr lidah sapi siap saji
500 ml air
1 lembar daun salam
150 ml air kelapa
1 bungkus Kobe Bumbu Kalasan (80 gr)
250 gr kentang (goreng sampai berwarna kecokelatan)
150 gr mixed vegetable (ditumis)
saus barbeque secukupnya
Langkah Membuat Steak Lidah Sapi :
Rebus lidah sapi bersama daun salam sampai empuk. Angkat.
Tuang air kelapa, 1/2 bungkus Kobe Bumbu Kalasan dan lidah sapi ke dalam wajan. Masak di atas api kecil sampai meresap. Angkat.
Panggang lidah sampai berwarna kecokelatan, sambil dioles sisa bumbu.
Sajikan Steak Lidah Sapi bersama kentang goreng, mixed vegetable dan saus barbeque.
