Waktu Memasak : 40 menit
Bahan Membuat Steak Tempe :
1 papan tempe
1/2 buah bawang bombay, cincang
1 bungkus Kobe Tepung Bumbu Putih (75 gr)
1 bungkus Kobe Breadcrumbs (270 gr)
50 ml susu segar
1 butir telur
minyak goreng secukupnya (untuk menggoreng)
2 siung bawang putih
1 buah bawang bombay, cincang
1 sachet Saus Tiram Selera
black pepper secukupnya
kecap manis secukupnya
minyak wijen secukupnya
air secukupnya
Langkah Membuat Steak Tempe :
Kukus tempe selama 10 menit, angkat dan lumatkan.
Campur bawang bombay, 5 sendok makan Kobe Tepung Bumbu Putih dan Kobe Breadcrumbs. Tambahkan susu segar dan telur. Aduk rata.
Bentuk sesuai selera, padatkan. Goreng hingga kuning kecoklatan, sisihkan.
Tumis bawang putih, bawang bombay dan Selera Saus Titam.
Tambahkan blackpepper, kecap manis dan minyak wijen. Masak hingga harum.
Masukkan air. Aduk perlahan hingga merata. Masak sampai mengental.
Steak Tempe siap disajikan dengan Saus Bareque.
